Mothers Day

A quick recap of Mothers Day, a little late, I know. My mom and I decided at the last minute to go to Vegas for a Mothers Day getaway. It was WONDERFUL! We left Saturday morning and stopped at the outlets in Barstow, got some goodies for myself and the kids and went on our way to Harrah's. We layed by the pool and did absolutely nothing! We walked around the shops at Ceasars Palace and ate a nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, and it was all free! I always get offers for free rooms and we finally used it. This one came with a $50 Discover gift card so we used that for dinner. We gambled a little bit, but came home empty handed.. ahhhhhh! It was a nice getaway from our crazy lives!
