Another Visit From The Ghost???

Tonight has been interesting... Derek and I came to my parents house and I went to my mom's yoga class while my dad stayed with Derek and put him to bed. When my mom and I returned home about 9:45 we walked in the house to a horrible smell. Something like gas, but it wasn't; something like a chemical smell, but it wasn't. It was so bad we woke my dad up and searched the house. We started to get light headed so we called Gregg (Laurie's fireman hubby). He had us check out a ton of things with appliances and such, but we still couldn't figure it out. So he said it would be a good idea to call the fire department. When they arrived they came in with tons of gadgets and machines to rule out any fires in the walls or attic, or carbon monoxide, or anything like that. Couldn't find anything. They too were in disbelief over this powerful odor that engulfed the house. They told us everything harmful was ruled out, but if we still felt light headed we should sleep elsewhere... well we do... but we're not. We're blaming it on the ghost. This is the 3rd weird occurrence in a week now. I told 2 of the firemen (who were gorgeous, by the way) about our ghost experiences and they believed it and high tailed it out of the house! My mom thinks they booked out of here because they think we're flippin weirdos who believe in ghosts. So anyway, the windows are open, the smell is still here, so lets hope I'll be alive to blog tomorrow.
