Derek's Crazy Themed Birthday Party!

Today we had Derek's 2nd birthday party at my parents house in Corona. It just ends up being easier for all our family and friends to have it there rather than Huntington Beach. It was a lot of fun! His invitations were Handy Manny theme, but do you think there is ANYTHING Handy Manny in the stores? NO! So he ended up with a Finding Nemo bounce house, Bob the Builder party favors with cute Handyman aprons my mom made for the kids, and a #2 pinata. It was a fun party with lots of good friends. I think he didn't touch one bite of food and must have had 3 cupcakes and a pound of candy! But he went right to bed after everyone left around 8, so I'm not complaining. Happy Birthday little man! We love you!

Aunt Jenny having some fun pool time with Aiden and D

Genny and Jamie, 2 of my best friends!!

FINALLY a picture of Jason and Jake... they don't make the blog too often, sorry guys!

Hannah cruising in D's car... Isn't she soo cute!

One of his favorite gifts from Aunt Cindy... giraffe boots!

More interested in his sucker than the presents

Aiden (Derek's cousin), Hannah, and Derek checking out the new lawn mower

I made him his own cake again and this was the look he had the whole time everyone was singing Happy Birthday

You can always count on Grandpa to give me the cookie mom wouldn't let me have!

Trying to get a family picture... and we get a nose picker!

Mowing grandpa's lawn with his new lawn mower

I think Tommy wanted some peace and quiet by the end of the day

Thanks for a fun fun time Castellons!! Hannah had too much fun! She cried and screamed when we left and continued to cry until she went to bed! I thinks he was going through party withdrawls! =) Fun day! And the aprons were sooo cute! Hannah loves it! Thanks D!
