Escrow Has Closed!
It's official, our house in Huntington Beach has sold. Escrow closed on Friday and we're so happy it went so smooth! But it's sad to say good bye to it. It was a great home in a great location. Just too far from our families with the help I'll be needing with the twins, and too small for a family of five. The house hunt has begun and it's so frustrating! Every house we're ready to put an offer on goes into escrow the same day! Or they put the listing on 'hold' because there are way too many offers on the house, and they are way over asking price! I thought it was going to be easy to find a house in this market, but it's so difficult! It's like a shark frenzy out there! Everyone is looking and everyone wants the same house you do. Hopefully we'll get lucky and find something soon.

I feel you Kelly, it sucks. I wrote you back on my blog with some advice, check it out and let me know if you have any questions. Congrats on the close of escrow though, very exciting. I hope your search gets better, and it's hard looking while pregnant, I feel so emotional about everything, I hate it. Good luck to you guys!
