The world lost a great man yesterday morning; my grandpa. He lived a long, happy life and will definitely be missed. We didn't get to see my grandpa on my dad's side of the family too often, and I'm very sad for that. Derek never got a chance to meet his great-grandpa Enlow and that breaks my heart. It's often said that you see some of the most important people in your lives very seldom. Many times that happens at a funeral. How wrong is that? We will be driving up north to Sonoma on Wednesday for my grandpa's services and we will get to see a lot of family that we haven't seen in years. Derek will meet my grandma Enlow for the first time, and I'm excited for that.
Grandpa, I love you and miss you. Thank you for being such a great role model and wonderful grandpa!
