This is a Bumbo:
And if I'm cooking dinner when the kids are awake I usually put these guys up on the counter with me and they like to watch me cook.
But like my friend Genny mentioned in her recent post, don't turn around when you have little ones. I did, and I don't see Jillian in her Bumbo. She must have thrust herself backwards and was completely out of the Bumbo laying on the onions. She didn't even make a sound. She was just playing with the food as if everything was cool.
Note to self: No more Bumbos. I think kids are getting smarter these days.

I am CRACKING up here Kelly!!!!!
OMG Kelly! that is so scary, I do the same thing with Gavin when I am cooking and I always think to myself, what if he falls out of it?? Now I am going to think twice about using it...I am so glad she is ok!
I heard that about the Bumbo! There was a 20/20 or something about how kids can flip out of them! Good thing Jill is okay :)
Jilli Billie Bean laying on the onions!!! Did her eyes water? ;) Glad she's alright. That's funny though. These kids! They are little daredevils arent they!
At least she didn't fall on the floor! Right?
Hahaha, I'm picturing her laying on the onions and Genn's comment made me laugh out loud! The bumbos are only good for so long, but if you are lucky, they come in handy later when your kids are older. Riley uses it as a booster seat at home. Once Madi stopped using it, Riley wanted too. Whatever!!
