So then we went to the pumpkin patch. Of course he had to wear his Woody costume. There were only 2 other families there while we were there. It was great. I bought him 12 tickets and that would have only allowed him to do about 3 things. But since the place was a ghost town, the man let him do just about everything he wanted to do without any tickets. What a nice guy.. so I tipped him $5. Derek was in heaven.
He went to the petting zoo
Rode the tractor
And the ATV train
Went down a few slides
Searched for the perfect pumpkin
These 2 found theirs... And were quite happy about it!
After the babies woke up from their nap, we played outside. Have I mentioned how much I love this Fall weather? OK, maybe I have. And you'll hear it again and again... and again.
I think we need to get another one of these push cars. It's a hit with the twins, just as it was with Derek.

Then Friday got even better when my dad came over to help with dinner/bath/bedtime. I'm happy to report that James and Jill were both in bed at 7:00 and Derek by 7:40. Now I'm going to curl up on the couch with some hot chocolate and watch something good. Jason won't be home until 11:30 or so. I hate his night schedule!

I love Derek's costume!! It sure looked like the kids enjoyed the pumpkin patch. Do you remember the old one they had years ago up off Upper? Corn stalk maze and all of that? Now THAT was a pumpkin patch! You kids all had field trips there and everyone loved to go.
What is it about those push car strollers that the kiddos love so much? But they all do. The twins are growing so fast!!! Hope you enjoyed your hot chocolate and telly time.
The babies look so cute and so happy with their pumpkins. They are getting so big! Derrick looks really cute too. Thos ebuggies are such a hit. Taylor and Gavin have loved those since the day they got them too.

These pics make me so excited to take Noah to the pumpkin patch!! Derek looks so cute in his costume!! The twins are getting so big so fast..wow time flys.
That stinks Jason has to work some nights...Jer is gone 4 nights a week & I'm passed out when he gets home... :(
