A Good Week

It seems like I always post about my bad days. This week has been good. So it seemed appropriate to write about.

It has been an EXCELLENT week.

Monday...
I took Derek to the pediatrist for his foot. He seems to have some sort of growth on it. Doc wants an MRI but doesn't want to have to sedate D, so he will have an ultrasound on the 12th. X-rays showed nothing wrong with the bones, so that's why the ultrasound is needed. He believes it's some sort of cyst and will determine if he can live with it and watch it, or if it will need to come out. I'll take a pic of it tomorrow for ya all to see his 'crazy foot', as we call it.

Then gramma Maria came over and took D home with her for the day... gotta love that lifesaver! And when she brought him back, she also came bearing dinner: homemade tacos. YUMMO! Her tacos are to die for! THANK YOU, Maria!

Tuesday...
Don't remember, just know it was good. Took the kiddos to the park.. played, babies did great hanging out in the stroller.

Wednesday...
Derek went back to Miss Lauries for the day. He's been begging to go back to 'school' there. So I take him occassionally until he starts real preschool in a couple months. This made my day awesome. The twins came with me to Kohls and Panera for lunch. Great outing, no crying, just happy babies letting mommy shop.

Today...
Home with Jason for quite awhile. He stayed with babies while D and I ran a few errands. Went to Chick-fil-a. Had the chargrilled chicken salad.. never had it before... highly recommend it. Quite tasty.

Tommorrow...
Hope it's as good as today. Jason is working a regular day just so he could be home in time for me to meet up with some girlfriends for dinner. Thanks babe.

And I failed to mention... our Fall weather has finally hit! Even though today was hot, it was dry and crisp and a little windy.

I'm absolutely in LOVE with Fall... as everyone else seems to be also.

I look forward to Sunday... 70 degress with a chance of rain at night. Ohhh la la.
